Georgina from WCS has asked me to pass on some more information about the June ride.

Below is some general information about our 2 Day Manjimup Tour including
cost and how to pay your deposit to secure your place.

All riders will need to hold a current motorbike licence (or learners permit
for their class) and if riding their own bike, it must be road registered,
in good mechanical condition with either new or good off-road tyres fitted.

Our Manjimup Tours are not a beginners ride, so off-road riding experience
is essential.

Cost to ride your own registered bike is $465.

Tour price includes all fuel (after your 1st tank), accommodation (Manjimup
Hotel), all meals, snacks and transport of your overnight gear/spares/tools
etc with our support vehicle.

We need to meet at our base near Kirup at 8am (a 2.5 hour drive from Perth)
to do paperwork, get kitted up and listen to the pre-ride speech, we aim to
be on the track by 9am each morning. Riding finishes around 4pm each
afternoon.

I will need a $100 deposit if riding your own bike to secure your spot. This can be paid by cheque or money order to the address below, credit card over the phone or direct into our bank account (Westpac BSB 036122 - Acct 369265 - with your name in the reference line). Your place is not guaranteed on the ride until I receive your deposit.

As this tour is an "Adventure Tour" we would like everyone to consider their
fitness levels and riding ability before participating on our tours. All
riders will need to sign an Indemnity Form before the tour and are
responsible for their own accident and ambulance insurance.

WCTBS is a licensed Commercial Tour Operator with the Department of
Environment and Conservation which enables us to operate our tours on
officially authorized trails. We also have access to some quite remarkable
private property. WCTBS like to promote responsible off-road riding
techniques by respecting our environment, land owners and everyone else
using the precious trails of the south west region so they may remain open
into the future.
