Capel 2017
Drove down Saturday morning with ktmJames nice early. Too cold and wet to camp.
Didn't see any crusties at the riders brief or all day. We left mid pack and had a great ride although it was wet and muddy with all the recent rains, it wasn't as bad as previous years, with no flooded sections or bog holes.. we passed the guy with the broken leg on the first lap but as plenty of help was already there we didn't stop. We completed two laps with no major stacks or problems, just totally worn out. CRFAndrew Well another year done & dusted at Capel, thanks to all the crew that came down for it not a big turn out from the Crusty's this year but had great a great time round the fire spinning yarns & havin a few sherbets with the lads :))) Felt sorry for that poor bugger that had to get choppered out & then it broke down, lucky it was on the ground still. JNR Drove down Saturday morning with CRFAndrew nice early indeed. Very wet conditions which made the trails wet and muddy and very slippery in some areas of the course. Some single trails very tight amongst the thick forrest, back to 1st gear. Added 4 photos to the photo gallery as you can see the rescue chopper, it was for the guy with a broken leg.
