Riders Jinxky, JNR, Acid Gloves Well the last Brookton express turned out to be quite a challenge with people going to hospital on the site lap on Saturday & we were thinking this is gonna be tough as with the track chopped up to pieces with just the 2 laps on Saturday. Prologue Saturday I chose to sit behind Jinxky & follow only to get stuck in a creek crossing cause the line I picked was crap & lost a lot of time, got out of it & started to get a boogie on to catch up, caught up then past to qualify 69th so was not a good start but we were happy as we just wanted to survive the challenge but when Sunday came the food that Jinxky had prepared was absolutely awesome witch gave us the energy to push on through the day with Jinxky saying the last lap felt like his fastest & if we got a better start we would’ve got another lap in to our team. Poor old Eddie had to do the Ironman as Ant was unavailable to team up with him as he was busy doing a weather report. All in all thanks heaps Jinxky & Eddie for all the good food over the weekend & beers/port around the fire with a challenge we can tick of the box & start the recovery for Woky soon. Hope everyone who was helicoptered out is ok, ride to finish to enjoy a beer & tell the story.   |
