Been telling a few for awhile now that the dunes and tracks are awesome to ride down Esperance and a few of us pulled the trigger and headed down there on the long weekend. Conditions don’t get any better with a heap of rain a couple of days prior and beautiful sunny days over the long weekend. With the amount of rain that happened meant that the dunes and tracks were fantastic to ride. First day we rode the Wylie bay dunes which had a good dune section and awesome technical single trails. Second day we spent out the Pink lake dunes which are a lot bigger and more of than the ones at Wylie bay. A couple there put up a challenge to get up. Third day was spent back at Wylie bay but after two days of full on riding,hitting the technical single trails was a hard task. But we managed to get through and have a bit more of a play around on the dunes and sand hill climbs We were lucky enough to score a nice house for accommodation and spent the nights down the pub which was good fun Road tripping with the guys and time spent on the bikes and meals down the pub and a lot of laughs along the way, we had an awesome time and we will have to do it again Hopefully Brad will be able to post up some photos that he took as he got some great shots So cheers to Brad(Cogers) Pete and Marty for a fantastic weekend away and look forward to the next one Cheers DazzaM Great weekend down Esperance huge thanks to dazz for showing us around.Awesome riding down that way with some of the best singles I’ve ever ridden and big dunes are a dirt bike playground.Plenty of laughs and travelling in style in Brad’s mighty tundra with top blokes.
