Aussie Day 2023
Big shout at to the little Aussie battlers who whacked the white zinc on and did a run around the hills today! To Mick for leading, Tommy for sweeping and Frankie for running a muck, big thanks to all. Not sure about my new anti theft ignition system however, will sort that out before the next adventure ride!
Slates Thanks for the ride today guys, Aussie Aussie Oi Oi Oi. Got a bit lost for a bit but that’s how you find new tracks. Those couple of beers at the Jarradale Tavern went down very nicely. Mickkal Thanks for the ride on Australia Day cant think of a better way to celebrate the day than being out in the bush having fun on the bikes even better starting from a pub at 08:00 with Aussie bands playing in the background while they are putting up flags and streamers ready for the day. Mickkal lead the way to Dwelly it was getting hot and as to be expected dusty a pint and a bite to eat then back on the bikes along the railway back to Jarradale were by now the pub was going off with a live band playing and slip n slide for the kids it was hard to leave especially for Slates as he lost his keys J for a worrying 5 minutes all good in the end.
