Grant & John was glad Eddie rocked up so they could get their Rider Point.
Had a great days ride on the goat trails with plenty of water & mud around. Did i mention Plenty of Water! Grant managed to line up a tree even though there was 2.5 metres clear on either side, He just wanted to test out his new bars to see how tough they were. I managed a bit of a swim with the KaTooM after going a cross 1 of the many creek crossings(some where just to deep).It started out shallow then drop into a half meter deep silt hole, Have to drill some holes in the boots for next time. Acid gloves Eddie reckoned it been a long time since hed seen such pace & determination out of 2 Crustys before. Jeeze ! I was glad Eddie was there. |
