***RIDE REPORT***
Johns Secret spot at the lakes turned on a pearler of a ride, no dust and a cool 17 degrees made for the perfect ride. Pounce, Rhys, John and I (Sully) were the CQers with James a mate of mine thrown in on a DRZ. Not a yamaha to be seen, Shock horror.

John led the way and a damn fine job he did as well, setting a quick pace with plenty of catch up stops along the way. The trails were mint though the creek was slipery as an eel in places and James did a couple of pirouettes on the DRZ but managed to keep it upright, cant say the same for me though, and I lost the front twice in quick succession while trying to catch John, christened the new bike though.

Pounce had an off on the big XR and then she refused to start so we had a little rest while Pounce caught his breath after kicking his leg off for 10 minutes. The secret gully was grouse and much fun was had by James, John and I, John did a great flying W as one of the banks had a kicker at the top of it. Needless to say no one else tried that one.

Ride of the day goes to Rhys for a good job of keeping reasonably close to John and I through the scrub. Stack of the day goes to John for falling off in front of us all at the cars right at the end of the ride, when a little too much throttle was used on a slippery corner.
