Report by Col.

The main group of riders turned up at the ride spot to find Pretz and Orry pciking up bags full of rubbish that "dick heads" before us have left behind. Pretz bought along a heap of bags and thought a clean up of the area was well over due. You pick up ROTD Pretz for that sort of effort. Well done mate and maybe we should all take a bag and fill it each time we are down there.

Orry lead us on a couple of his big goat trail loops. We have said it before and we will say it again - this guy really knows the trails out there. He deserves ROTD each time he leads a ride but we do need to share it around when others do something as outstanding.

Mind you, other guys will do almost anything to pick up extra points. Tiger side swiped a grass tree, with the bike changing direction real quick he was seen flying through the air and landing on his back between some logs. The old WR took a bit of a beating too with some broken plastics, key barrel and a speedo that was flatten to about half the size.
With the wind knocked out of him and a bit of hot wiring, he was put on to a gravel road and pointed in the direction of the cars.

If we had another ride point to give out it would be for the efforts of the regulars who turn out to make Crusty's as good as it is. Guys like Craig, Grunta, Steve525, Orry, Pete and Roley. Whether it is leading the pack, following up the rear as sweep or marking the corners, these guys all put in a solid days riding. There are a few others who did not ride today but without the regulars the others who like to catch up for a ride occassionly would not find a more welcoming group who will promise a great day in the saddle with plenty of laughs thrown in as well. Keep it up fellows.

The was very little dust out there today and although the sun was shining the tempreture was mild which made for a great days riding. The only disappointed was when the group went over the big hill climb and Peter and Roley were seen finding an easy way around. I don't know what sort of girly boys these guys think they are but they are really a disgrace to the family name. Back at the cars I heard someone say that it must be really embarrassing for Colin. Col was heard saying that it could just be their age as they were all bought up the same way. To top it off they still do not know how to tie the bikes on the trailer properly which after 5 years of riding is a dissapointment in itself. You can pick your mates - you just can't pick your family!!!!
