This would have to be the best ride I have ever been on, Staino turned on the perfect weather conditions and showed us some magic trails.
The group was divided into 3 sections beginners, intermediate and advanced.

The first half a day was riding from Kirrup into the Blackwood Valley for lunch at a local winery, this ride part of the ride was mostly trails thru pine plantations and a couple of small hill climbs so Staino could get the feel of the group.

After lunch it was ON we were in the Blackwood Valley with big hill climbs and big hill descents, a visit to Big Bertha for about half and hour of carnage everybody who had a go flipped their bike, KTMLee with the best flip of 1 times.
After this the group started to get split up occasionally with the beginners taking the easy route and the other groups taking harder more extreme routes down hills with pine trees everywhere , thru creeks and back up the other side these routes werent for the faint hearted.

At night we stayed at the Greenbushes Pub in a nice warm room, with a few cold ales and a lot of bullshit, watched a couple of videos of what was in store for the next days ride and most of us were in bed by 9pm as we were totally knackered.

7.30 breakfast and suited up and ready for another days ride by 9am.
This morning the group was split up into two groups again this time was beginners and intermediate together and advanced riders in another group for an extreme section, of big steep descents into creeks and back up and out the other side and back down again this was made all the more difficult with low fog fogging up our goggles.

We joined back up with the other group again on the top of Fag hill for some magic trails and fairly easy but challenging hill climb that the whole group got up to the top of the hill with a view with a picture perfect view of the hills ,trees and valley covered in fog.

Rest of the day was a mix of nice flowing trails and extreme sections where the riders that thought it was a bit challenging could get around and the ones that were up for a challenge gave it a go.

ROTD go to all the crustys that turned up as we did some very extreme sections and all got thru it and had a ball. The one that stands out the most is hooters for his attempts at big bertha but mainly for his log crossing abilities, this log was well over m in diameter and over m off the ground and he got over it not very gracefully but he got to the other side. Hooters picks up the ROTD award.

SOTD everybody gets stack of the day we all had some very decent offs.
mackley had problems with slippery tree routes on the ground, ktmlee had a few offs doing hill climbs, mick450 had head on with trees and a xr450 climbing hills, and I am sure the list goes on

All in all was a great weekend with a great bunch of guys.
And we are all very sore.
