Lynton Station Pony Express

The Lynton Station Pony Express Riders: KTM Carl, KLXTony, Wombat, and Merv. The Geraldton MX club marked out another excellent 13km course at Lynton Station just out of the small settlement of Port Gregory, about an hours drive north of Geraldton. The track had a great shotgun start with a nice uphill run with a jump at the top, zig zagging across the top of the hill then down a fence line to dry river bed (very tight and boggy). The middle section of the track had some fast gravel tracks ( one check of the speedo showed 120km)and boggy sandy tight turning through the bush. The last section had rocks everywhere with a rather steep rocky downhill that saw people falling off on the sight lap. Us Crusties had a ripper ride. No ROTD but maybe Tony will get SOTD for bending his handlebars.  The Crusty salute.  The shotgun start.
