Three amigos go to Metro

3 of us turned up for a ride after the record heat wave we have had in Perth . Rain was forecast and we were not disappointed as the rain came down as we were just about at the parking spot (for all of 2 minutes). Bikes unloaded and into the trails with no messing about. The trails were dry but as there were only 3 of us the dust was not a big problem and it was surprisingly cool when you were on the move. Not knowing the tracks to well we just kept heading south to a spot that I had picked out. We all had a go at leading from time to time to share the fun and fresh air. We found our destination in good time and had plenty of fuel left so we went exploring any new tracks we saw. We found some single tracks and a bit of a hill that half way up I stalled and hit my you know whats on the tank and had to have a wee moment to recover from. These tracks can only get better with RAIN remember that.
