So we rock up at Jackos spot, a nice sunny morningnice drive upthe hills are lush and green and theres steam coming off the creeks, its Saturday and a ripper to be alive. Join Munsy in a convoysweetwell get to the spot together. See Ash fly past a bit earlier.yep were amped for a good one in beautiful country north east. Billybob cant make itwaiting for an imminent arrivalgood luck Bro and wife.

Get to the spot early, Wayno and Mick are there. The 350s pretty much broken in and a pretty thing she is. Do a few sums in the head wants are different to needs Jeffrobut I still want one. Despite best efforts, the 400 is still straight with a good motor so itll do me for a while yet. Mikes talking small bore after checking out Mariosbelieve when I see it. Al wont even sit on the 350..itll be a purchase then and there.

Jacko wants to get his bearings early in the piece and make friends with his GPS, so he roars off with Mikewait up. No dramas we all fall in line and take off. Catch up to Mike on a corner, Im third, we do some cross country, then I dont really know what happensIm on a corner for a while, helmet offsilence. Bikes then start and stop..a few coowees and a bit later a pack comes through the bush. We pick up some pace to make up, pick up some blokes on corners then come out at Wayno in a clearing. OK were missing Al and Mike. Give it another 15 20..Relaxits a nice day and close to the cars still. No sweat..we take 5 for a whileJacko tracks back but its no go. We end up tracking back to the cars as the crow flies, but again no go. No worries Als good on the GPS the lost boys end up having a ripper anyway over the course of the ride we can hear them, not too far off us but we dont cross paths.

The creeks have a good amount of water and no dustit warms up though a couple of failed attempts at the rocky hills gets the blood flowing, its not poetry but we get there. Mick conquers the Widow Maker, Wayno nails it, Toddy gets therenearly a big loop out at the top. I keep hearin about this Hooters blokeas a dirt biker he makes a bloody good cook, or is it other way roundor both.

Another great one thanks boys. Relieved to find Al and Mike at the cars.no BBQ thoughselfish bastards.

As we learn later on, a very sad reminder to us all on the drive out. Be safensound all motorcyclists.
