Great Eastern sunday spin.Riders, Thomas,roostermick,two non members..
Not sure if its an official crusty ride,its first time ive done a report but anyway,Thomas called a ride on thursday.Not many takers.
Riders meet at east meet area,intros over,bikes fuelled and were off 7.45am .straight into a nice open trail for the warm up.All riders seem have top ability so fast pace is set early on.Then its a endless bush single track(wish it never ended,best trail ive been on in wa)leading to a good hill challenge.All riders to the top without too much drama.From here its washed out tracks and another hill ,this hasnt seen much bike traffic so lines to the top are creative.From this it was a fantastic valley trail where concentration and momentum were the key.5 minute break and it was on to a good mix of whoops,roots and rock gardens with some water ponds for the dash back to base .. Real enduro stuff this.. Wheeling into parking area at 10.45 am .
The big smiles from the dusty faces proved this to be a top ride,no stacks ,no mechanicals,and never lost.
