You really know your adventure riding when:

You can fit $50 worth of discounted Perth fuel into your tank.
When the sweat pours down your back just riding down a gravel track.
When the smallest of obstacles becomes a life threatening discussion about lines and speed.
When the discussion is how to load more onto your bike rather than shave the kilos.
When lifting the front over a log just seems silly.
When stopping for the next corner can begin at the last corner.
When following Mick down some of his tracks…just seems silly.
When lunch becomes a fish burger and not a muesli bar.
When the smell of two stroke fumes is just a memory.
When taking a shortcut or hitting the apex of a corner, is just a memory.
When you start to plan trips involving 800km days.
When your Paypal bill is bigger than the water bill.
When you start using earplugs.
When a DRZ start feeling like an enduro bike.

But what a ride.

Mick took us on an adventure ride starting at Neerabup and heading North East into some well known and some unknown slippery tracks.
Four players turned up, Mick450, Tommy, Ross and the extremely fast Fueltanker.
Great tracks, river crossings, obstacles all day, returning to Bullsbrook to round off the day.
The big bikes are slowly learning to become more nimble along tracks just in time to add 50kg of camping gear and try it all again.
Thanks again Mick.
