It rained, we rode!
There are no photos and therefore no evidence that four Crustys took advantage of the rain to ride on a workday.

Inver, may or may not, have called a ride from the OVT promising no whoops or sand. It wasn’t a great surprise to the group that this was a truckload of bull and within the first few minutes we skilfully bounced between the grasstrees at an alarming pace.
The rain had done it’s stuff and the single tracks were dustless.
After a few kms we regrouped at the Yanchep Servo. For most of the morning the only sign WRLindsay and I saw of the two bangers was the tracks in the sand and a faint smell of premix in the air.
Inver led us North towards that rotten hill. DazzaM showed us how it was done on his second attempt, blasting to the top followed by Inver proving that two strokes can climb hills. The influence of gravity, weather conditions and the planetary alignment made it impossible for WRLindsay and me to make it to the top. Nothing a few hours in a Caterpillar during the week won’t fix.
How come I’m wearing more plastic than Emmet, from the Lego movie, and I’m still covered in bruises.
Well done Inver for excellent guidance at the front. An awesome ride from WRLindsay who I couldn’t shake all day and DazzaM for the lesson in hill climbing. Someone 'DazzaM' left an excellent set of tracks heading into the bush after a blind turn. Nearly followed you in.
Inver said 100-120Ks and back at 3.00pm. He was spot on but failed to tell us about the hours of awesome single track in between.
