Capel - 2015
Fantastic riding down at Capel today. Definitely makes up for the slopfest we had last year.
Must have been about a dozen of us camping out at the Crusty site last night. Plenty of wood kept the fire alive, and few brews and stories made a good night. Didn't even get that cold. Most of us set off in the first few groups. Trails were great, few slippery sections to keep you alert. Great riding down there with a bit of variety. The odd rocky sections mixed things up a bit. The only carnage I know of out on the track was Inver (I think?) and his flat tyre. Couple a tubes later and he was back going. Only other damage was to Deepdirt's leg when he took out his bike carrier the night before. Great to catch up with guys and look forward to the next time. Aant              |
