Metro Old fellas poke around
A couple of pics uploaded for the ride report Metro Old fellas poke around. Nothing exciting I'm afraid.
CM Ride report Metro Old Fellas poke around - HusqMike, CLean Man and Acid Gloves turned up at the Rock Inn at 7:30am to head to the the parking spot (not packing spot). Temperature was cool not to hot. So we geared up and set off following a couple of familiar tracks and the odd new one, well we thought it was new! Dust was about but with three riders it was okay. Both HM and CM had little lay down. CM's was in slow motion so MIke reckons. Nothing to difficult come up to the base of a few rutted and rocky hills, we took a vote and thought we would take the easy option of not heading up. 100kms all up of mostly open tracks, the pea gravel is definitely got that summer feel about. Thank Mike for the sweeping and Acid Glove for turning up. I will post some pics later, sorry they are only of Mike as Acid was camera shy. I reckon we may have another 4 week left, hope fully we get a few rain storm to keep the dust down. By the way the Rock Inn is closed for some reason, so no post ride counter lunch or beer. CM   |
