After thinking my riding was done for the year. Johnny calls up in his Manchester accent saying it was to windy to take the boat to Rotto. Alright boys, lets dust off the bikes!

9.30 am incognito start, with lots of breeze and an overcast skyline. We head off from OVT after Cass has arrived on a very loud XR.

Off we go and heading inland being aware that the Coast tracks are becoming few and far between. We find some nice firebreaks which were more suited to the big bores as the sand was very heavy.

Keiths EXC 250 was singing with the addition of a new FMF pipe, which also caused the bike to use more fuel....oops! who said he didn't need to top up at the service station!

Johnny was giving Nathan a hard time on his WRF 450 with the dust holding him back a bit.

Cass was sweep initially and admitted a few Sand naps at the end of the ride earning him SOTD. Gavin had his Husaberg dancing with the addition of a new shock spring from KTM?

Next ride; Finke practice run up to Jurien bay!
