Six Dusty Crusties...Woky ride 12/3/16

First of all I would like to say a big thanks to the guys who made an effort to come down for the ride yesterday, knowing it was going to be a hot and dusty one. I am going to have to concede that whilst it is always fun getting out for a ride, it will need to rain before heading out Woky again (possibly). It is just getting so dry out there that it is not making it much fun contending with the dust.
Everyone was on their bikes by 7.30am and took off to do the loop out there. All going well apart from dust making visibility hard for back riders. Stopped at one section where photos are from and Stripperleggs had a crack at one of the more notorious hill climbs in Woky, only to flip out his nice new looking 300 and putting some decent size scratches and gravel rash. We carried on further to come across loggers who had destroyed a good section of track so we doubled back to make our way around them and found a different way to hook up into the main loop. From there it was back to the cars for a nice cold beer. At the end of the day it was all good, everyone back in one piece, Stripperleggs’ bike a little worse for wear and hopefully some rain will come soon so we can head back out again.

Thanks for the Woki ride Dazza and Shaun. A nice little circuit unfortunately a bit early in the year and a tad dusty.
Still good to get out and my vote for ride of the day goes to Martin for producing a blizzardly cold Crowny right on beeroclock!
