Quindanning Night Ride
Thanks bushwacker for your hospitality, what more could you ask for getting fed before and after a night ride
The ride started 6pm as it got dark,marcel and I at 630 as we were only riding the trail class. It was certainly a bit different riding in the dark, the first 15 km lap was a bit slow but eventually got use to riding in the dark and had a great night ride . The signing was reflected and worked well. We got about 30 min of rain mid ride. Finished riding about 850 60km. Then it pissed down most of the night. Cold night sleep with no sleeping bag ( bit roough). Next morning rode another 60km then bailed as totally stuffed. Was supposed to do another lap ( next year). Totally awesome event and will be there next year , conditions perfect, trails great. Bushwackers cooking was ok too. Crf Andrew              |
