Powerline run.
6 riders turned up for a ride down the Powerlines.
In Elysium, Col Mc, John525, Robbie G, Jenko and Tim. Had a nice easy ride down the trail and took the side track of to the creek (to much water flowing for a ride down it now).We then headed over to the Lakes enjoying some mud action on the way.After a short break and fuel we headed back to the Powerlines where we decided to go back up the trails to the farming area. This is where we did some water crossing with Jenko giving the KX450 a slight drink. Not to be out done Col decided to see how good the KaTooM was underwater, I think he needs ti fit a snorkel next time.Col went down nose first with him and the bike downing a complete forward roll and ending up laying in the water with just the handlebars and seat sticking out. Who said Poms don't like Baths. LOL We pulled his bike out and tilted the water out from his pipe and Col draining himself. I can still see it now, the slowest forward roll I've ever seen. Sorry Col but it was funny to see. LOL Any how i Duct taped his broken front fender up and we headed back down the Powerlines to the cars with a good pace kept all day. Had a great ride with a great group of riders. Thanks Guy's |
